Net Worth March 2019 (+9.69%)

By | April 7, 2019

Net worth increased over the month, up +9.69% to nearly $74 thousand. This was thanks to a large lump sum payment that was owed to my wife. This was a long time coming, it helps with the net worth but it will be spend soon enough with the baby being born in July 2019. Payments made on the house, investments made…. just the usual to make the net worth increase.

Forward dividend increased as I purchased a managed fund which added a little to my forward income.

I received $150.74 of dividends in March 2019. I also received some additional income via my other passive income sources.

Overall a great month. Increasing near 10% in a month is great. Without the repayment of a personal loan to my wife we would have seen a little over 3% increase in net worth. Great!

Thanks Mr DDU. I’ll send you a message on twitter with what it was. I just didn’t spend that much money so probably not worth doing a new post for it. Thanks for stopping by.

Keep building that passive income stream. Net worth figures can fluctuate a lot from month to month but that passive income is a lot more stable, reliable and predictable. Lump sum payments (even if owed for a while) can’t be counted on. Keep up the good work!

Another solid month of growth and another step to financial independence. It’s always nice to see a big cash inflow and the lower 3% growth is still solid monthly growth. Keep it up!

Solid month BHL! 10% increase to your net worth and some increase to your forward dividends is always good in my book. Also congrats on the baby! I don’t know if I never saw that or if I had forgotten about it. My wife is due this coming week so we’ve been waiting every day to see if today was going to be the day. And I’m sure next week is just going to be full of even more anxiety.

Great update and congrats on the baby news. Not long to go!

I like lumpsums they are like the spice to an otherwise uneventful graph😅

Love a lump-sum payment to give things a boost! (As long as you don’t go blowing it on a new boat…)

Thanks Tawcan, I can say for sure this month is not going as well as I have hoped. Hopefully, it’s not too much of a fall from grace this time!

Congratulations with this nice increase. 10% is quite an achievement. That dividend income will only increase with time. So keep on pushing that snowball 💪

The charts are looking great. Happy investing!
